Rental Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n\n
\n

Article 1: Rental Conditions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Minimum age: The Renter must be at least 25 years old.<\/li>\n
  • Driver's license: The Renter must have held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.<\/li>\n
  • Required documents: The Renter must provide a photo of their passport and driver's license (as well as their flight ticket if they wish to pick up the vehicle at the airport).<\/li>\n
  • The passport will be kept during the rental period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
    \n

    Article 2: Security Deposit and Guarantee Deposit<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • A security deposit of \u20ac250 to \u20ac300 will be held from the Renter upon handing over the keys.<\/li>\n
    • This deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle, provided it is returned in its original condition, without damage, and with a full tank of fuel.<\/li>\n
    • The vehicle is the client\u2019s responsibility in the event of an accident, theft, or any other damage. Repair costs will be borne by the client.<\/li>\n
    • In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the Renter must immediately inform the Rental Company and the competent authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
      \n

      Article 3: Mileage<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • The rental includes a mileage allowance of 280 km per day. Any additional kilometer will be charged at 30 DZD\/km.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
        \n

        Article 4: Overtime Hours<\/h2>\nIn the event of exceeding the agreed return time, additional charges for extra hours will be applied as follows:\n
          \n
        • Up to 5 hours of delay: an additional fee of 1000 DZD per hour will be charged.<\/li>\n
        • Beyond 5 hours of delay: a full rental day will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
          \n

          Article 5: Vehicle Maintenance and Condition<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • The vehicle is provided to the Renter in good working condition and with a full tank of fuel.<\/li>\n
          • The Renter agrees to maintain the vehicle in good condition and to return it clean and with a full tank of fuel. Otherwise, cleaning and\/or fuel charges will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
            \n

            Article 6: Vehicle Usage<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • The Renter agrees to use the vehicle solely for personal use and to comply with current traffic regulations.<\/li>\n
            • Transporting goods, hazardous materials, or using the vehicle for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n
            • It is forbidden to leave the national territory with the vehicle without written authorization from the Rental Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
              \n

              Article 7: Additional Drivers<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • The client is required to inform us in the event of adding an additional driver for the rented vehicle.<\/li>\n
              • All drivers must meet the same age and driving license requirements as the renter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
                \n

                Article 8: Contract Termination<\/h2>\n
                  \n
                • The Rental Company reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time in the event of non-compliance with the rental conditions.<\/li>\n
                • In the event of termination by the renter before the end of the rental period, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
                  \n

                  Article 9: Disputes and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  • In the event of any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of this contract, the parties agree to submit to the competent courts of Annaba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n\n
